· Handle all kinds of bank transactions, prepare documentation for foreign transactions. Manage bank account transaction in time and regularly.
· Prepare the bank reconciliation statements at the end of month and treasury reporting.
· Responsible for the custody of all kinds of draft/bank receipts
· Check cash on hand regularly, keep the accounts agreeing with the actual cash
· Coordinate with finance staff to do the monthly closing work
· Other job assigned by finance manager.
Korea Entity Accountant (50%)
· Be responsible for 3 ways match in AP module
· T&E reports reviewing and posting
· Weekly payment application
· Month end payable accounts closing and reconciliation
Background and Skill
· Excellent Korean spoken
· At least 1 years related working experience in an accounting function, Tax experiences is preferred.
· With a good understanding of accounting concept and knowledge preferably with an accounting degree.
· Good at communication and coordination skill.
· Be cooperative, carefully and responsible, work under pressure.
· Ability to work effectively and independently.
· Familiar with ERP system and good at Microsoft word and Excel.
· Good English communication skill
