职位名称：产品专员（生命科学、制药方向） 职位描述/要求：岗位职责 1)Responsible for the products technical support of related online platform 全权负责企业商城等有关网上平台的产品技术支持 2)Responsible for the products’ sales material like translation induction and all related management for better usage 全权负责平台产品的资料翻译、归纳以及管理 3)Diligently working with Business department to select arrange and manage products such as equipment and consumables systematically for platform 与业务部门紧密配合为企业平台筛选、规划和管理平台产品如设备及耗材等 4)Responsible for the revenue return and growth of products of platform 对平台产品的营收增长负责 5)Proficiency in platform reputation building up and product application marketing through as much as possible online and offline methods by working with marketing department 与市场部配合熟练利用线上线下多种方式建立平台知名度并进行产品推广 6)Proficiency in sales application development of products and their full range of product line in different industry/are which may be applied 熟练掌握平台产品线与产品在不同行业领域的应用和开发 7)Proficiency in advocating the products to sales and channels which may less technical background and in delivering sales and market training with high quality and impressed 熟练为直销和渠道进行产品、市场和销售的高质量培训 8)Providing sample testing or demonstration if applicable 如有必要负责做样和样机演示 9)Able to work closely with Procurement or strategic business management or related departments to negotiating business and related issues for products of platform 配合企业采购、战略等相关部门与供应商沟通洽谈平台产品等其他相关工作 10)Other related work assigned by the leader 领导交代的其他相关工作 Requirements 岗位要求 1）Major in Science or Engineering discipline, preferably Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Food or Environmental 本科及以上学历，理工科专业，优先考虑制药、生命科学、食品或环境相关 2）Experiences in Product Management or Technical Marketing or online platform business management would be an advantage 有产品管理、技术型销售或者平台销售管理经验者优先 3）Good to be sensitive to the market trend and can seize any new opportunity 能够了解市场发展趋势，灵敏把握市场新商机 4）Good standard of logic understanding and delivering, able to organize and work systematically and be vivid and convincing in communication 思维清晰,语言表达能力强,沟通具有感染力和说服力 5）Good devotion and be passionate and energetic for life and job, should be innovative and good customer service consciousness, a team player and challenges welcoming 爱岗敬业积极向上，对生活和工作有激情，有创新意识，有良好的客户服务意识，乐于挑战，有良好的团队合作意识和不同部门的组织沟通能力 6）Good standard of computer knowledge like Microsoft office tools, good at learning fast to use any available powerful tools for presentation/short video and some interactive media would be welcoming 熟练使用office办公软件,善于快速学习多种新兴有利工具用于帮助产品推广 7）Good command of written and oral languages in both Chinese and English 英语听说读写流利，与外商沟通无障碍 8）Traveling is required 能适应不定时短期出差
