1. Responsible for business developing and team building at Henan Direct territory. 2. Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, able to handle complex leads independently; 3. Works on sales assignments with broadly defined objectives; 4. Management of business planning and projects; work closely with cross functions; 5. Solves non-routine issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization; 6. Developing team member, creative winning team.
Qualifications 1. Educated to at least university degree level, in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical or relevant major. 2. More than 5 years relevant sales or manager working experiences; 3. Good communication skills with customers, with internal network; 4. Ability to strategically thinking to develop people, to develop business; 5. Collaboration, optimistic, positive, open, insistent; 6. Fluent in English & Chinese, and good communication & presentation skill.
