职位名称：资深QA工程师 职位描述/要求：维护、优化设计开发主程序及相关的文件。 Maintain and optimize design control procedure and the related documents. 作为核心团队的成员，参与PACE/PDP的全过程，并履行团队赋予职责。监控在质量管理体系、产品和生产过程中发生的不符合，以防止不符合的再次发生。验证质量行动和改进已经完成并有效。 Participate in PACE/PDP process as one member of the core team and fulfill responsibility adequately, Monitor nonconformities occurred within QMS, product and production process in order to prevent recurrence. Verify the quality actions and improvement have been completed and are effective. 指导和跟踪各项新产品设计开发的进程, 是否符合设计与开发控制。 Guide and follow up the design and development process of each new product, whether it match the design and development control 审核各阶段的输出文件，是否符合设计与开发要求。 Review outputs of each phase for compliance to Design and Development Controls.组织设计变更的评审，跟踪各变更的进展状态。 Organize design change review meeting and track status of each case. 组织NPI和变更产品上市后的质量跟踪。 Organize to follow up quality status of NPI and changed products which have been delivered into market. 完成经理分配的其他事务。 Be responsible for dealing with the matter related to QA assigned by Manager.
