Provide post sales customer technical support via service hotline such as instrument and software malfunction troubleshooting, installation consultant , basic customer training, as required to ensure customer purchased Thermo products meet Thermo performance and operation standards and customer expectation thus achieve or improve customer loyalty to Thermo Scientific.
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
Answer customer calls, give customer business and technical support, and record detailed information to the call center system. For the non support products calls, record the related information and transfer to the appropriate online engineer. For other team business, record the related information and transfer to other team. Unsolved questions need to create notification and dispatch field service with necessary service proposal. Summarize the FAQ and share with team members Support and complete other tasks assigned by supervisor according to team needs. Teamwork。
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
Qualifications:
1、BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent required.
2、1-2 years or above in working knowledge of analytical instrument. Fluency with personal computers is also required.
3、Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years Field Service experience of Molecular, AA/ICP/ICPMS, previous experience in installing, servicing of analytical instrumentation.
4、Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills.
5、Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
