职位名称：产品专员 职位描述/要求：Position responsibility (include but not limited) 工作职责（包括但不限于） 1)Assesses market competition by comparing the company''s product to competitors'' products. Prepare and update market overview for management team; 通过产品对比，及时分析市场竞争。为管理层提供市场分析及建议； 2)Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; 为管理层提供短期和长期产品销量预测、相关销售数据分析及报告； 3)Technical support such as product seminar, demonstration, translating and editing technical documents, answering technical questions and requests. Provides product and application trainings to internal sales and external customers. 技术支持，比如产品讲座、产品演示、翻译和编辑技术资料、回答技术问题。为内部和外部客户提供产品和应用培训； 4)Evaluate product futures by calling on customers individually or together with field salespeople. And provide sales suggestions； 通过独自客户拜访或与销售共同拜访，评估产品性能，提出销售建议； 5)Obtains product market share individually and together with sales team/ business partners. Work with National Sales Manager to develop product sales strategies； 独自或与商业合作伙伴一起分析市场份额。与全国销售经理共同制定销售策略； 6)Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product futures, applications and competition; 通过分析新产品特点、应用和市场竞争，制定新产品上市策略； 7)Work together with marketing team to develop efficient marketing communication tools to improve product awareness. 与市场部一起，开发不同的营销工具，提升产品市场影响力和关注度； 8)Positively represent Heidolph at all times throughout customer and agent locations; 在任何时候，包括在客户处及经销商处，积极代表Heidolph处理相关事宜; 9)Work together with salesperson to build up customer map. Expand geographical coverage to high-end customers; 推动销售共同建立用户地图。扩大高端用户覆盖面； 10)Achieve assigned product sales target. 完成公司指定的产品销售任务。
