RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manages supervisors and/ or employees responsible for design/ implementation of support engineering programs/ processes ? Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects ? Develops, implements solutions to department issues Operating Manager II: ? Available to China and India only - approved high-growth sites. ? Direct responsibility for employees - individual contributor, supervisor level and/or OM I Promotion from OM I: ? Minimum of 2 years work experience as top performing OM I ? Must have experience leading cross-functional or cross-geography projects. ? Proven experience managing execution of tactics ? Successfully have translated strategy into tactics for initiative/project delegated by IM ? Must have attended First-Level Manager program.
QUALIFICATION
? Bachelor or Master degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor. ? Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics.
