Manage a direct sales team in Chengdu to achieve sales goals and KPI by selling Agilent Chemistries and Supplies products. Accountable for team’s competence development to drive business growth. ? Understand market trends and anticipate customers need to direct sales strategy and design. Formulate sales plan and execute to ensure the success of CSD business in Sichuan and Chongqing. ? Partnership with cross-functional teams to conduct sales strategy, sales training and relative events to support business growth. ? Hire, lead, train, coach and motivate team member to business requirements. Ensure recruit and retain a strong team. ? Leads the team and manages operation with high standard of company's compliance requirements. ? Qualifications : ? The candidate should possess the following critical skills to be successful in the role:Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry or related discipline. A good knowledge of analytical instrument and consumables markets. ? 5+ years experiences in field sales to laboratory/chemical products; 2+ year people management experiences is preferably; Indirect channel management experiences is plus ? Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written for both English and Mandarin. ? Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with Agilent strategy. Project management experience or Six Sigma Green belt is plus. ? Highly motivated creative and result oriented.
