立即投递该职位 职位名称：(社招)Informatics Implementation-广州市 职位描述/要求：Responsible for the system implementation of informatics products, such as Empower Enterprise, NuGenesis SDMS/ELN/LMS, work closely with project manager to ensure the smooth project deliver;
Responsible for the preparation of implementation document, including implementation plans, test records, acceptance report, and operation instructions;
Provide administrator and end-user training and problem solving; Provide on-site post-sale support and maintenance, including provide consulting, advising, explanation and trouble shooting, to relevant product and business, collect customer feedback.
Education: BS/BA in biology/pharmacy/chemistry, BS/BA in computer science preferred
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in drug quality testing, bioanalysis，drug development laboratory Familiar with various general, chromatographic, mass spectrometry, spectral instruments and software Experience in LIMS/ELN/SDMS/ Empower is preferred Project management skills preferred
Competencies: Good learning ability Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate and to manage multiple non-connected tasks and prioritize time/activities. Has a strong customer focus and capability to balance stakeholders’ expectations. A customer centric attitude in which delivering benefits to our customers is second nature.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Basic knowledge in CDS, Oracle DB, VM, Citrix preferred
