Develop customer interest in Nanoscience products by discussions, presentations, and site visits. ? Develop sales funnel reflecting healthy distribution in stages ? Respond in a timely and competent manner to product enquiries and issue price quotations in the defined territory. ? Follow business processes for quoting, tender preparation and contracting and due diligence checks for agents/distributors when applicable ? Track, guide, and support prospects, either directly or via agents/distributors throughout the funding and order cycles. ? Use CRM as primary tool to manage opportunity\prospect\lead pipelines, and as integral parts, record key customer communications and documentations in CRM (to ensure the business can extract a comprehensive picture from those records) and maintain data accuracy & quality. ? Stay tuned for market trend, and report regularly on market intelligence and competition landscape collected in daily sales activities ?
