    Territory Sales Manager - PT-广州市
    职位描述/要求:Key Responsibilities
    ?    Propose, agree, and deliver targets for Southern China ((Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi and Hong Kong) for sales by product and territory, product mix, and gross margin.
    ?    Achieve the agreed targets, within an agreed expense budget.
    ?    Achieve subsidiary budget for New Product Introduction, volume, product mix, gross margin and over-head.
    ?    Manage portfolio of end-user accounts. Identify new opportunities and prioritize existing accounts
    ?    Personally lead major bids and win at best price and terms, supported by other members of the Sales and Applications team as appropriate.
    ?    Liaise with colleagues within OIPT in order to gain the benefits of common, best practice processes and to exploit cross-selling opportunities.
    ?    Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff in all functions and areas of the Business. Work particularly closely with Marketing, Operations and Customer Support to optimize the introduction of New Products and offerings.
    ?    Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with key customers
    ?    Participate in all relevant marketing activities on product promotion
    ?    Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.
    ?    Carry out any other tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.

    ?    Sales volume and value.
    ?    Price list adherence.
    ?    Forecast accuracy.
    ?    Quality of relationships with key customers.


    Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated

    Education / Qualifications:
    ?    Degree level qualification in relevant scientific discipline, with sales/marketing specialisation.

    Professional Skills/ Abilities:
    ?    Experience of working in a high technology, rapidly changing business environment.
    ?    Familiar with product and process applications.
    ?    Knowledge in sales and account management. Understands high tech/capital equipment industry, preferably semiconductor related, but at least a broad understanding of the technologies associated with semiconductors.

    ?    Customer focus - Has a sound appreciation of the current and future requirements of Asia customers and of the key issues facing them.
    ?    Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, key institutions and other relevant bodies.
    ?    Places customer satisfaction as the highest priority, both personally and for the team. Possesses strong customer facing skills.
    ?    Able and willing to travel internationally.
    ?    Team player - who makes the best use of the contributions that can be made by others, and has the ability to work constructively with others.
