职位描述/要求:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Chinese market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on industries that require water analysis and color measurement solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide product development and marketing efforts.
- Represent Tintometer GmbH at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in both Chinese and English.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the laboratory instruments or scientific equipment industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales with a focus on developing and executing successful business strategies.
- Strong understanding of laboratory instruments and their applications, particularly in water analysis and color measurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues in both English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally abroad.
