这个农药的检测方法好像很少的,只找到了一篇英文的摘要,好像全文是日语的:
Determination of neonicotinoid pesticide nitenpyram and its metabolites in agricultural products.
An HPLC method for detecting nitenpyram (a pesticide) and its metabolites (CPMA and CPMF) in agricultural products was examined. The technique involved acetone extraction followed by re-extraction using an Extrelut® column and purification by silica gel column chromatography. Due to the instability of CPMA and CPMF they were derived to a more stable compound (CPF) prior to re-extraction. HPLC and GC-FTD were used to determine nitenpyram and CPF, respectively, in agricultural products (apple, cucumber, grapes, Japanese radish, potato, tomato, brown rice, tea) spiked with nitenpyram and metabolites. Recoveries were 66–85 and 64–120% for nitenpyram and metabolites, respectively, with the exception of CPMA in tea (27.9% in leaves and 37.0% in powder). Detection limits were 0.0025–0.01 and 0.025–0.1 p.p.m. for nitenpyram and metabolites, respectively.
