【讨论】WEEE 3R, how to calculate

I have the same question, as we''d like to know which materials/parts/substances can be resused/recycled, and how to judge and calculate the resue/recycle amount.
Is there a list shown these information?

Someone said that they quoted DTI document GG416, but in fact, in this document, no how to calculate the recycling rate for materials existed, only a formula for final WEEE!

这个模板就是抄SGS的，我记得在两年之前我就上传一个这样的报告模板。

关键是要有理论依据啊，具体到每种材料，如ABS，TPE，PC，黄铜，不锈钢这样的材料回收率可以达到多少？有涂层、镀层类的材料回收率可以达到多少？

这个报告做出来，只不过是一个经验值而已，仅仅是根椐个人经验。

这样的瞎搞相信环保和我在三年之前就学会了，只是做出去这样的报告确实有点不那么心安理得。

的确，希望能够找到真实的数据理论依据，比如什么材料在多大面积多少重量，附加什么标记的时候可以认为达到多大的比重，对于零组件回收再用的时候需不需要重新评判功能，比如我认为一个电解电容可以100%再用的话，要做什么实验证实回收再用的时候不会成为新产品的短板。

这应该是要由欧盟回收业者去订定到底真实的材料回收率是多少, 没这个数据怎么算都是理论值

currently,specific reuse/recycle rates depend on service suppliers engaged in reusing/recycling materials,it is obviously different in different suppliers or countries,there is no standards on this and need EU government solve the problem.In the above weee assessment report of BV ,the supplier is from Germany.

But most materials can not be 100% recycled, if no official methods, it may be different rate under different recycling calculation. So, the rate regulated in WEEE becomes meaningless.
