六、新型膜柱混合型电化学自动再生抑制器的主要特点
1.采用膜柱混合型比单纯膜抑制器的化学抑制能力和抑制容量大得多,有很高的抑制效率,可大大降低电导背景值,提高分析的灵敏度。精选牢固型离子交换膜,使抑制器的使用寿命得到极大的延长。
2.化学抑制与电化学自动连续再生的原理,对于阴离子分析系统,流动相中的HCO3-和CO32-与H+型阳离子交换树脂和树脂膜反应生成低电导的H2CO3相,而分析屋则与树脂相的H+形成高电导的HX,这样就使待测离子的相对电导信号大大提高,从而提高分析的灵敏度和选择性。
对于阳离子分析系统,流动相中的H+与OH-型的阴离子交换树脂和树脂膜反应生成不电离的H2O,而分析物则形成高电导的MOH,从而提高分析物的电导信号,即分析的灵敏度,分析的选择性和可靠性也得到提高。
利用电解水的原理使抑制器中的树脂得到自动连续再生,即使阳离子交换树脂不断氢型化,阴离子交换树脂不断OH型化。抑制器内置电流显示和电流调节装置,可方便的控制电化学再生过程。
3.用淋出液作电解液,不需另配再生液,也不增加输液装置,这样就简化了再生流路。
4.将化学抑制器与电导检测池集成在一起,这样就缩短了抑制器和检测池之间的距离,减少了液流中产生气泡的几率,抑制了色谱峰的分散,提高了测定的灵敏度,一体化结构也便于用户使用和控制。
七、关于膜柱混合型电化学抑制器与微膜抑制器性能的比较
膜柱混合型电化学抑制器是我公司在多年研究试验基础上开发的新一代离子色抑制系统,它与旧式的微膜抑制器相比,有以下几个突出的优点:
1、它比微膜抑制器省去了再生液系统(包括蠕动泵、再生液及其连接管路),只使用单一淋洗液,使抑制系统更加简化,操作更加方便。
2、膜柱混合型抑制器比微膜抑制器抑制能力更强,它通过内置可调旋钮调节电解电流(内置电流表头,使其可视化),利用淋洗液废液回流自动电解再生抑制系统背景电导,使其抑制范围更广、抑制能力更强,对要求使用浓度比较大淋洗液的色谱柱来说无疑是一个喜讯。
3、微膜抑制器它和电导池是分离的,不可避免的要用管路连接,使其死体积很大,灵敏度自然降低,数据误差大;而现在的膜柱混合型电化学抑制器把电导池做到了抑制器里面,是其死体积几乎达到零,灵敏度高,数据准确,稳定性好。
4、它应用进口树脂膜,比起微膜抑制器更加不容易损坏,使其寿命大大延长,免去了微膜抑制器担心膜被损坏的后顾之忧,使其更加稳定、可靠,得到广大用户的青睐。
5、它还是目前国内最先进的抑制系统,紧跟国际步伐,与世界先进科技同步前进。

所谓双抑制,是美国Alltech的技术,我们两年前就已经用过这个技术.但问题是
1.双抑制的价格比戴安的抑制还要高,
2.流路十分复杂,易漏
3.抑制后需要脱气,还要分流,峰扩散严重,同一根色谱柱可能会柱效会失去三分之一或更多,
4.抑制容量不高,只能用于低浓度的淋洗液,
因此总体而言,比不上戴安的抑制器,也没有价格优势.
