I'm glad to participate in the "sign up" activity which starts on March 24th, 2011, in Professional English. So I'm the first one. Ok , let's go straight to our topic. Question: what's the full name of SEM, TEM, AFM and STM? It's very easy. Kindly Reminder: Please answer in English! Moring, buddy. Because my mainly work is observation nanoparticles by TEM or SEM. It seemed this question is designed specially for me.
TEM is the abbreviation of Transmission Electron Microscopy or Microscope. I would like keep the other two expressions for other guys.

Right! And initial letters should be capitals, that is, S... E... M...

Take it easy, but try you best to use English first. Pinyin will not do any favor for your Englishi studying.

We've got english full name of SEM and TEM,so~I want to try AFM'S

AFM is the Atomic force microscopy ~is it right?
