3.2.2 Limits of specific migration

Total fluorine: 0.05 mg/dm2

Phenolic substances: 0.05 mg/dm2

Organic nitrogen: 0.02 mg/dm2

Primary aromatic amines: not detectable(detection limit 0.02 mg/kg, analytical tolerance included)

Formaldehyde: in compliance with the limit stipulated in the Commodities Regulation.

Emulsifiers: in total, 0.05 mg/dm2

1,4-Dihydroxybenzene in compliance with the limit stipulated in the Commodities Regulation.

Perfluoro-octanoic acid and its ammonium salt in total

Sodium salt of perfluoro-alkenyl-oxybenzene sulfonic acid max. 0.005 mg/dm2

3.3 Limits of low-molecular components in the finished coatings

3.3.6 Coatings produced using adhesion promoters must not test positively to chromium VI. Extract from the coatings must contain no more than 0.02 mg chromium III. Lithium content of the extract must not exceed 0.5 mg.

看到有很多什么Organic nitrogen，Emulsifiers，Sodium salt of perfluoro-alkenyl-oxybenzene sulfonic acid 等这些东东都没做啊
