去德国的silicone要求测7种organotin

板油指的“BfR XV里面的III 硅橡胶方面，有句话说到高分子聚合物要遵循BfR I 里面的指令。”，是不是下面一段中红色的这句：

Polymers complying with Section I, No.1 of this Recommendation
Organopolysiloxanes with vinyl groups attached to the silicon atom

这句应该指本建议（BfR XV）的第一节 第一段，如下：

a) Linear or branched and/or cyclic2 organopolysiloxanes with methyl groups alone or with
n-alkyl(C2-C32), phenyl2 and/or hydroxyl groups attached to the silicon atom, and their
condensation products with polyethylene and/or polypropyleneglykol.
b) Linear or branched organopolysiloxanes as mentioned under a) but in addition with up
to max. 5 % hydrogen and/or alkoxy(C2-C4) and/or carboalkoxyalkyl (-(CH2)2-17-C(O)-O-
(CH2)0-17CH3)- and/or hydroxyalkyl(C1-C3) groups attached to the silicon atom.

而BfR I 里虽然有有机锡的描述，但是在a)里面，不存在什么section I No.1，况且也没有限量，如下：

I. High Polymers Containing Plasticizers
As of 01.06.2009
To the extent that they are included in it, substances added as plasticizers to high polymers
used in the production of commodities (articles, materials), made of plastic, in the sense of § 2,
Para. 6, No. 1 of the Food and Feed Code (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch) must
comply with the requirements of the Commodities Regulation (Bedarfsgegenständeverordnung).
In addition, the use of plasticizers in such commodities is restricted to the following:
Di-2-ethylhexyl terephthalate
The following notes must be complied with:
a) Organic tin stabilizers (e.g. di-n-octyl tin compounds, butylthiostannoic acid) may not be
added because of their high tendency to migrate from plasticized PVC.
b) Especially concerning the contact with foodstuffs belonging to the follwing groups great care
has to be bestowed on compliance with the specific migration limits:
- Foodstuffs in powder and fine-grain form (max. 3 mm in diameter)
- Fatty foodstuffs containing fat in such a form that it would come into direct contact with
films, coatings or tubes
- Waxed or paraffin-coated foodstuffs
- Milk and dairy products, including cheese
- Foodstuffs which contain alcohol or essential oils
c) Films which are specially made for packaging fresh meat have to be labelled with the following
note:
"Only for the packaging of fresh meat"
This text has to be placed clearly visible and readable on the packaging of the film, the core on
which the film is rolled and in the accompanying goods delivery documents.
This is necessary to avoid the packaging of other foodstuffs by mistake. Because of techical
reasons this label can not be placed on the film.

就德国人的严谨 不会这样不对应。

所以BfR XV根本没有提有机锡的迁移测试。
