To implement EN71-3, the New Heavy Element Test requirement, this is the second step.
We formally inform you, from June 27, 2012, the Heavy element test, the total content, please start to use the ICP-OES to run all the test sample solution to do the screening. About the draft new Heavy Element requirement and set up for the ICP-OES and calibration point, please refer to the attached file.
Heavy element test, soluble content, after the total content screening test, if the total content is found exceed the soluble method one and / or exceed the soluble method two requirement, please also do the related soluble method one and/ or soluble method two test.
Heavy Element Test report, Mattel QSOP 3600, QSOP 3602 requirement, the new test report will also include all the 17 Heavy Element total contents and soluble method one and / or soluble method two content when in need.
Heavy Element test conclusion, please still use the QSOP 3600 Rev. W and QSOP 3602 Rev. E to draw the test conclusion until we have the further notification.
