是不是已知实际使用体积的物品的全迁移要用mg/kg做单位？

作为容器 体积在500ml~10L的才用mg/kg

那请问一个300ml的塑料杯做欧洲全迁移，还要去量这个杯子的面积再根据1cm2:1ml的比例加食品模拟液吗？而且如果根据杯子面积算出来的体积可能太多溢出杯子或者太少而不能代表实际使用情况

杯子的实际使用体积应该是已经的，我觉得应该直接加一定体积模拟也至杯口，按mg/Kg算全迁移值，量面积不必要

按照EU 10/2011，基本都用mg/dm2.
婴幼儿用品用mg/kg.

EU 10/2011好像没这么写，能贴出来吗？

Plastic materials and articles shall not transfer their constituents to food simulants in quantities exceeding 10 milligrams oftotal constituents released per dm2 of food contact surface(mg/dm2).
