I was going to Singapore. Considering the lower price, I chose Malaysia Flight, which flies to Kuala Lumpur first, then transfers to Singapore. Unfortunately the flight was late by 5 hours and we arrived at Kuala Lumpur in midnight. The flight to Singapore would take off on 8:05 a.m. and Malaysia Airlines staff had promised to take us to the hotel for the night. However, I spent several minutes in the bathroom and surprisedly found that they had gone when I came out. I sought for help from Malaysia Airlines staff, information center staff, and even the airport security guys. Malaysia Airlines staff were kind but their instructions were quite unclear. The girl at the information center just simply told me to turn to Malaysia Airlines staff but they had gone home by that time. The airport security man was very warm-hearted. He accompanied me to the information center although it's out of his duty. He even felt deeply sorry when I wanted to borrow an adapter to charge my mobile phone but could not get one from the information center. I thanked him and decided to have something to eat first, soI went upstairs to look for a cafe bar. Just at that time I found Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge. I knew it's for VIPs only but I still had a try. The ladies were so kind. Although I'm not their member, they helped me to contact with their colleagues and lent me an adapter. Finally I charged my cell phone and the flight to Singapore took off on time. My husband picked me up and sent me home before he visited his customers this afternoon. Today is my Thanksgiving Day!
