【Abstract】 Objective: To establish HPLC method for determine of Piperine in Fructus piperis longi.Methods:Using ODS column,Methanol-Water(77∶23)as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,wavelength of the detection was 343nm.Results:Liner range of Piperine was 0.04116μg～0.4116μg(r=1.0000);the recovery was 103.2%(RSD=1.3%).Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate,highly sensitive and well reproducible. 更多还原 【关键词】 荜茇； 胡椒碱； HPLC； 【Key words】 Fructus piperis longi； Piperine； HPLC； 【基金】 国家药典委员会2010年版《中国药典》科研课题(YD-105
