Preparation of Artificial Tap Water(refer to DIN10531)

1、Prepare stock solution of 1.2g/L NaHCO3, 0.7g/L MgSO4.7H2O, 1.2g/L CaCl2.2H2O into 1 L deionised water
2、Pour 500ml of stock solution into 7L of deionised water and then fill to 10L
3、Adjust Ph of solution to 7.5 by 0.1mol/L HNO3 or 0.1mol/L NaOH and stir the solution for 10 min
4、Quality Control of stimulant (Tolerance +/-20%)
A：Total hardness 0.53mmol/L and carbon hardness 0.36mmol/L
B：Ionic concentration: Ca 16.4mg/L, Mg 3.3mg/L, HCO3 44mg/L, Cl 28.4mg/L, SO4 13mg/L, Na 16mg/L
C：Permit to store for a maximum of 7days
