What is the precision of the method for concentrations near the quantification limit? I suggest the evaluation of linearity using the quantification limit as the lower point in the calibration curve.

quantification limit 是不是检出线？如果是，为什么要考察在检出线的精密度？线性范围的最低点不是应该为检出线的3倍或者10倍吗？
实在有点困惑

你讲得不错,是检出线,只不过是后一名话的意思是:在做标准曲线时,将检出线做为最低点来处理时评价其曲线的线性.

没有看到前后文，句子似乎还不完整，大致意思为“含量（浓度）接近检出限时方法的精密度如何？我认为，是用校准曲线低点时测得的检出限来评价线性。”quantification limit 是检出限，不是检出线。
