职位名称:Online Technical Support Engineer - LC 职位描述/要求:Summary: Provide post sales customer technical support via service hotline such as instrument and software malfunction troubleshooting, installation consultant , basic customer training, as required to ensure customer purchased Thermo products meet Thermo performance and operation standards and customer expectation thus achieve or improve customer loyalty to Thermo Scientific.
Responsibilities: 1、Pick up telephones and reception for customers and provide necessary technical support, then register the details info into call center system. 2、Unsolved questions need to create notification and dispatch field service with necessary service proposal 3、For the non-support products calls, record the related information and transfer to the appropriate online engineer 4、Summarize the FAQ and share with team members 5、Onsite service will be needed when necessary 6、Teamwork and training team members
Minimum Qualifications: 1、BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, or equivalent required. 2、3 year’s working knowledge of analytical instrument. Fluency with personal computers is also required. 3、Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills. 4、Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
