The Remote Support Engineer is a key player in the customer value chain and you are critical in supporting the customer''s technical problems. You will be challenged to quickly solve their pre and post sales questions, troubleshooting customer''s applications, delivering consulting and education services, being creative in using the latest technologies through phone & internet collaboration and e-Learning platforms. The support responsibility includes a wide range of product-families like gc, LC, gcMS, LCMS, Spectrum products and software. Typical examples for remote services are start-up assistance, programming assistance, solving PC connectivity problems or conducting an e-Learning class. The complexity of the business environment in a fast growing market demands strong international teamwork with other Agilent organizations and the flexibility to adopt new technologies quickly. A strong customer focus and professional presentation experience is required. You need to have strong analytical skills to analyze and solve technical problems. It is important that you like to communicate and work together with other people in a team.
