  • 职位名称:Channel Partner Specialist
    职位描述/要求:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for the construction and management of regional channels for LSR conventional wide-field microscopy, including but not limited to channel selection, development, Business Review and relationship maintenance, so as to drive the overall market growth of wide-field microscopy
    • Responsible for the allocation of sales resources in the region, including applications, servieces and customer support
    • Provide product and skills training to sales staff of regional conventional microscopy agents
    • Responsible for coordinating Life Science distributor territory planning & commercial business plan with sales team.
    • Follow LMS Channel Management process and guideline of distributor; perform distributor management in recruiting, development, daily issues resolution and termination of distributor.
    • Responsible for the development of a viable Life Science distribution system, align with business development needs to strengthen distributor capability, develop and carry out needed programs with Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor, enhance distribution channel effectiveness.
    • Establish distributor pool of Life Science in line with business strategy to support business growth and development.
    • Assist the set up of the Monitor/Evaluate KPI system across distributors, work with Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor for providing performance trend analysis and recommendation based on report of distributor performance in sales, data submission and product flow.
    • Organize distributor meetings, training, drive synergy and collaboration among them.
    • Conduct channel management training to sales team enhancing channel management skills.
    • Responsible for assisting the development of Tender Strategy and the coordinating of tender management in key tenders, reinforce tender management process and tender pricing management. Build up professional relations with tender organization, monitor closely the local government policy.
    • Ensure the compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet the corporate compliance requirement and company guidelines.


    REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
    • Bachelor degree or above.
    • At least 3 years sales experience (Sales Engineer and above) and/or 3 years distributor management experience in commercial sales preferred.
    • Life Science channel management experience.
    • Strong customer and market focus mind with business acumen and solid skills in distributor management.
    • Strong Leadership skills with ability to lead the different tiers distributors
    • Good business analytical skills.
    • Good communication skills with excellent capability in team working.
    • Good in the English language, both oral and written preferred.
