Sales & Market Development, International Business – 2019 Preferred Qualifications The Oversea Market Development Manager (MDM) is an important member of our Sales and Marketing organization. You will play a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying regional opportunities by understanding the prospect’s business needs and pre-qualifying potential distributors, dealer or OEM partnership opportunities in assigned region. Working in collaboration with International Business Development team, and the partner channel, the MDM’s primary objective is to develop and recruit number of qualified dealers and OEM partners, therefore meet sales revenue target in assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities to ensure PANNA ‘s business growth in oversea markets Effectively interact with local instrument dealer and distributors to build relationships and acquire new business for assigned territory. Partner with local industrial association and KOLs to develop target lists, call strategies and promotional activities to ensure success. Achieve assigned quota of sales target and qualified leads. Understand the sales process and be able to overcome objections by genuinely caring & learning about the prospects business needs and showing them the value that PANNA’s products can provide. Perfect the ability to articulate and deliver prepared sales talks that describe PANNA products, services, and value in order to entice prospects to learn more about the solutions PANNA offers. Achieve monthly and quarterly prospects qualification goals, and sales pipeline targets. Learn and maintain a deep understanding of PANNA products, technology and sales techniques. Record all customer information and maintain detailed qualification records in monthly report
Qualifications:
Professional, ambitious, determined, persistent and results oriented mind-set. Academic background in Chemical or Biochemical related scientific disciplines At least 2 years successful sales or business & channel development experience. Experience on gc, HPLC, application or selling gc, gc/MS and other analytical instrument products preferred. Demonstrated sales aptitude with relentlessly high standards and the desire to proceed on with a sales & business development career. Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills. Positive attitude, team oriented, self-starter who can work independently as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.
