任职条件:(Qualifications) • Bachelor Degree, MS is preferred. Major in Ecology, environment, machinery etc. • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience for environment monitoring equipment. • Have experiences in channel management is preferred. • Good language skills in Chinese and English. • Customer focus and service oriented. • Good computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Strong implementation capability and be able to manage multiple tasks. • High level of integrity, organized, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
工作职责:(Responsibility) • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to distributor and partners to promote the company products and achieve each dealers sales target. • Work closely with the distributor and partners to understand and support the projects and activities that they currently work on, to promote the total effectiveness of the project. • Understand the CSI sales policies and implement the project registration policy. • Evaluate and develop new channels for new markets. • Obtain the sales forecast and budget from the distributor and partners. • Provide an annual sales and marketing expenses budget. • Provide monthly sales reports and market research information. • Keep updating the markets and product trends, competitor’s strategies, activities and performance. Recommend appropriate action when necessary. • Participate in seminars, exhibitions and other marketing activities. • Understand the company history and product series, have the ability to recommend CSI products based upon application and quote according to the customer’s inquiry. • Provide technical support to the customer’s inquiry through phone calls, website, emails etc. • Keep updating the website contents. • Provide the product training to the distributor, partners and the clients. • Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
