职位名称:核磁共振 Territory Sales Engineer 职位描述/要求:•Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel •Using previous experience, deliver on territory sales targets through direct selling •Use effective sales planning to deliver on strategy •Knowledge of margin with the ability to maximise it •Establish and develop strong relationships with new customers in territory, manage collaborations and enhance existing relationships •Work with Applications and Marketing to develop and follow through on sales lead generation through a variety of methods •Use and maximise the CRM system to manage sales funnels and report accurately against sales forecasting •Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape •Understand funding arrangements and manage this in line with sales targets •Attend trade shows/exhibitions/conferences as required •Ability to advise customers and end users on product updates and technology •Arrange and carry out product training
Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated
Education / Qualifications: •Chemistry or biochemistry graduate •Knowledge of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy will be a significant advantage •Extensive experience of direct sales experience with similar products into academic and / or industrial research customers. •Territory familiarity
Professional Skills/ Abilities: •Ability to demonstrate performance to achieve defined business goals •Ability to work as part of a global team and independently when required •Excellent negotiator
