职位名称:Regional Sales Manager 职位描述/要求:The Sales Engineer will have the sales responsibility for the company’s XRD and SC-XRD sales in his territory. The primary role of the incumbent is to attain sales goals by developing sales, increasing product market share, developing relationships with customers, and maximizing customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability.
Responsibilities: • Develops a commercial strategy and annual sales plan for the China market that meets and exceed company sales goals and profitability objectives • Provides comprehensive monthly analysis and reporting of regional sales performance • Participates in sales negotiations and direct proposal efforts before submission of tenders. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc. • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company • Initiates and coordinates development of market development plans to penetrate new markets • Undertakes any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualification: • Doctor’s degree in Physics or Material Sciences • 3 years’ technical marketing or field sales experience in the scientific instrument industry. • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Familiar with MS Office, Internet and Outlook. • Willing to take extensive travels.
