职位名称：Senior Application Engineer-Large Molecule 职位描述/要求：When you’re part of the team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you’ll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe. Key Responsibilities:
•Drive Proteomics and Biopharm business growth by providing value proposition to customer, identifying key portfolio improvement points, exploring potential opportunities, developing fit-for-use application solutions and building up KOLs as well as regulation maker collaboration.
•Build customer allegiance by providing high-quality application and product technical support for sales and customers to help lead generation and increase case win-rate.
•Organize effective sales training to improve sales/dealers competency
•Work cooperatively across function to achieve shared objective of CMD
•Development methods and lead projects to achieve success
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
•Master or above in subjects related to analytical chemistry or biological chemistry
•>6 years hands-on lab experience as well as >4 years working experience in mass spectrometry instrument industry, working experience in Proteomics and Biopharm industry would be preferred
•Ambition in driving business growth and team development
•Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese
•Good communication skills and team work spirit.
