This position will support on Asia and China HR matters.
Training & Development & Performance Management - Responsible for the establishment, continuous improvement and management of the company training & development system, regulations and related procedures to meet ISO and industry standard. - To conduct training needs statistics on a regular basis and customize specific training plans according to the needs for relevant training. - Design, organize and implement training programs, conduct training effect evaluation, organize training assessment, and keep up training records. - Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure training completed successfully. - Manage training venders, monitor and evaluate their working methods and results. - Manage learning channel and improve the effectiveness, such as e-learning, sharing and others. - Manage and conduct induction program for new employees. - Support delivery of employee development strategy. - Performance management and continuous alignment and feedback - Backup and management all training and development data, such as record, files, mails, documents, and etc. Employee Engagement - Develop Employee communication channel and implement employee communications programmes in supporting of strategy and business priorities, such as meeting, activities, public information, company intranet and etc. - Responsible for Employee survey and follow up the action plans. - Driving, plan and implement employee engagement activities. Policy Management - Responsible for supporting team’s policies management. - Support on Employee Handbook or HR related policy formulation, updates and communication based on well understanding of business and labour law. - Support on HR & Admin process formulation and management. - Responsible for planning and execution for EHS part which is related to HR, such covid-19 measures, EAP and etc. Business HR - Provide HR supporting, consulting and management to the assigned team/department as business partner role. - Plan and implement of HR strategies, policies, processes and activities based on well understanding of business.
Other supports to HR & Admin team - Participant HR project as team leader or team member assigned by line manager. - Provide support on other HR & Admin functions per request or assigned by line manager.
Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated Education / Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or above. · Business or HR qualification (e.g. HR/Business studies degree) is preferred. Professional Skills/ Abilities: · Minimum 4 years work experience as HR specialist · Have the experience of policy management. · Familiar with China labour laws · Fluent in oral and written English. · Proficient in office software.
