职位名称:行政助理 职位描述/要求:1.负责办公室日常行政事务处理和来宾接待 Responsible for office daily administration management and guest receiption 2.负责办公室常用办公用品的采购与管理,以及办公设备的维护管理等 Responsible for purchasing and management of office suppliers, office equipment management and maintenance,etc. 3.负责做好公司各项活动的后勤支援工作 Responsible for the company events'' logistics support work 4.协助销售人员做好各类营销资料的管理、归档、建档和保管 Assist sales staff to do all kinds of sales document management, classification, archiving and preservation 5.协助销售人员做好来访客户的接待和电话来访工作,在销售人员缺席时,及时记录、转告客户信息,妥善处理 Assist sales staff to do the receiption of visitors and telephone calls, in the absence of sales staff in a timely manner to record customers'' information, properly handle it 6.协助销售人员做好客户管理工作,包括客户信息的整理、建档,和定期回访和跟踪 Assist sales staff to do cutomers management, including customers information collection, archiving and regular call-visit and tracking 7.协助售后部门做好客户回访、投诉、客户需求信息的记录、处理和跟踪 Assist the after-sales department to do customers review, complaints,customer demand information records,handling and tracking 8.领导交办的其他相关工作 Other related work assigned by the leader
