立即投递该职位 职位名称:技术支持工程师 色谱/元素 职位描述/要求:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES 职位描述 ?Ensuring safety quality standards are maintained including industry safety practices established by customer to perform on-site servicing, commission new instrument, calibration and conduct training for client’s maintenance with minimum supervision. 遵循安全质量标准,进行仪器的现场安装、维护、校准、技术支持及培训等服务 ?To support customer and distributor through phone, email and virtual diagnostic. 提供电话、邮件及远程诊断等在线技术支持 ?Ensuring high level of technical knowledge and skill in order to promote new service accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts 开发潜在的客户服务合同,并维护现有客户 ?Providing “on-time” (on or before due date) quality service by scheduling all assigned service accounts (i.e., installations, warranty, repair, calibration and emergency calls). Continuous improvement as it relates to customer satisfaction 通过高效及时的技术服务,持续增强客户满意度 ?Ensuring all paperwork, i.e., itineraries, service call reports and tracking reports are completed in accordance with service procedures. 遵循必要的业务及服务流程
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – QUALIFICATIONS 任职条件 ?Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, electronics or instrumentation or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 化学化工、电气、仪表等相关专业,本科及以上学历 ?Min 2 years hands-on experience with gc, gc-MS, HPLC, Elemental Analyzer etc. 2年以上分析行业工作经验,有气相色谱、气质联用、液相色谱、元素分析等实操经验者优先。 ?Prior experience in field service, electronics or related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above strongly preferred 有现场服务、电气或相关领域工作经验,并具备上述技能及经验者优先 ?Prior experience with software – Windows, database management, networking, etc. 有Windows、数据库管理等软件使用经验,熟练掌握办公软件 ?Must be able to read, speak, and write English 具有良好的英语听说读写能力 ?Demonstrated effective communication skills written oral and inter-personal skills 良好的沟通能力:书面、口头和人际交往能力 ?Able and willing to travel. 能够并愿意接受差旅
