立即投递该职位 职位名称:Sales Manager - Life Science 职位描述/要求:Key Responsibilities ? Develop and manage the implementation of the Research and Systems Sales Strategy in line with Business plans. ? Line management of designated employees ensuring staff are fully briefed, trained and equipped to carry out their roles effectively. ? Develop & expand the Research and Systems direct and reseller network to ensure annual sales targets are achieved. ? Provide high level market /competitive information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company. ? Provide formal weekly & monthly reports on territories with accurate account of regional booking status and forecast. ? Liaise with broader sales management team to ensure efficiency of regional operations and coherence of global operations. ? Travel as required across China and to UK to build key business partnerships. Travel expectations are approx. 30-40% of time. ? Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time by your line manager.
Indicative Performance Measures ? Booking and revenue delivery. ? Product and branding presence in key regions. ? CRM integration and follow standardized sales process. ? Quality of relations and feedback from key opinion leader in the industry. ? Quality of sales team assignment planning and accuracy.
Person Specification – Essential requirements unless stated Education / Qualifications: ? Scientific Degree ? Understanding of relevant scientific applications ? Understanding of relevant technologies ? Experience working in both SME and Multinational organisations Professional Skills/ Abilities: ? Candidates will be able to demonstrate extensive sales experience including line management experience at senior level or alternatively extensive sales experience in the Photonics industry at Senior level. ? Significant experience in designing channel infrastructure both direct and via distributors across Asian Markets. ? Demonstrated ability in selling to end user customer base (research/scientific community). ? Staff management/motivation. ? Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic level and implement at organisational level ?
