Comm Ops specialist provides professional support for the whole process from leads management to order process, including but not limit to support and guide sales follow company rules, provide professional support on commercial activity, monitor the process execution and performance trend to be a great partner for sales team.

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: ? Bachelor’s degree ? majored in International Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or Statistics Experience: ? 2+ years related working experience ? Excellent communication skill ? Ability to interact effectively with people from different functions ? Delivery the result under a complicit situation ? Resolve problems efficiently ? Keep compliance under any pressures ? Fluent spoken and written English ? Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Complexity: Personal Contacts: Mental/ Physical Requirements: ? Extensive understanding of In Vitro Diagnostics Medical Device regulations in China and in other key APAC markets ? Experience and proven success in planning and implementing regulatory strategic plans for China and other APAC ? Highly developed intercultural competence/awareness ? Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin ? Experience in developing positive relationships with high level government authorities ? Proven success achieving medical device registration of IVD reagents, electrical instruments and software in China under Decree Number #650 published March 2014 ? Knowledge of IEC, GB, YY standards a plus ? Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization ? Leadership skill in articulating a vision and moving an organization forward to achieve its goals and objectives
