    职位描述/要求:Position Summary / 职位概况
    The incumbent will be responsible for order processing start with inquiry until payment via CRM&SAP for RMS service business for the Chinese market.
    Closely working with Sales Team, Service Engineer Team, Legal Team, Logistic Team, FI Team and other related dept. will be required.
    Requirements / 要求
    Education / 教育背景
    College’s degree or above, economics or international business major preferably

    Experience / 经验
    At least 2 years working experience

    Other skills /其他技能
    - Excellent communication skills and work ethic
    - Fluent in verbal and written English
    - Well versed in Microsoft Office, CRM/SAP/ERP experience preferably
    - Able to work independently, self-disciplined and under pressure
    - Have strong team working ability
    - Details and task oriented
    - Thinking & Learning, pro-active planning, willing to work in multicultural environment
    - Willing to take initiative and keeping transparency
    - Sound knowledge of the main commercial terms and risks, values business ethics & compliance and integrity principles



    Job Description
    Main Tasks / 主要任务
    - Daily order processing, which include the following content:
    1)    Handle inquiries and purchase order from customer timely and correctly based on CRM&SAP with necessary technical & commercial clarification and then provide the feedback and/or commercial doc-uments to customer in an accurate manner
    2)    Arrange the parts delivery & manpower dispatch with actively status follow up
    3)    Handle billing correctly and follow up the payment actively
    4)    Make sure that all necessary data has been registered accureately in the CRM/ERP system
    5)    Timely escalation if urgent / critical case happened
    - Assist to complete business statistics and reports as request
    - Maintain the business relationship with customer
    - Optimize the CRM&SAP processing and functions together with other dept. and headquarter.
    - Act according to the relevant processes based on the standards of our worldwide organization. Contribute to the permanent improvement of these processes.
    - Handle specific tasks assigned by the Service Coordination Supervisor
