    职位描述/要求:About Tintometer GmbH:
    Tintometer GmbH water testing products are sold in over 160 countries under the brand Lovibond?. Lovibond products are widely recognized for their precision, reliability, and user-friendly design, serving a broad range of applications including drinking water, wastewater, surface water, ground and raw water, cooling and boiler water, and pool water.

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for water testing products to join our team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in mainland China by identifying new opportunities, managing relationships with key clients, and executing strategic initiatives. This role requires understanding of laboratory instruments or water treatment and experience on B2B sales. Good Chinese communication skills and basic English communication skills are essential for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Build new relationships with potential clients, distributors, and industry partners.
    - Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the Chinese market.
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on industries that require water analysis solutions.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and industry partners.
    - Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
    - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide product development and marketing efforts.
    - Represent Tintometer GmbH at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    - Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients in Chinese.
    - Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the laboratory instruments or scientific equipment industry. Experience in water treatment or water testing is a plus.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues in both English and Chinese.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
    - Willingness to travel frequently within China and occasionally abroad.
    - Strong understanding of laboratory instruments and their applications, particularly in water analysis.
