SSE (Single Spark Evaluation) The two options of the SPECTROLAB SparkAnalyzer Software
Following explains the two different options of the SSE functionality of the SPECTROLAB SparkAnalyzer software.
Option 1: Routine Determination of Soluble and Insoluble Components
The single sparks are automatically evaluated statistically on the Single-Board-Computer SBC4 (EK9809). From this for each SSE channel an "average" intensity value, evaluated by the concentration calculation module as usual, is calculated. Finally the analysis program supplies the content of soluble and insoluble elements.
The operator has no access to the single sparks detected by the evaluation system.
The instrument has to be equipped with the SSE-Amplifier-Technique. The instrument is equipped with the standard computer configuration (Single-Board-Computer SBC4 (EK9809) without hard-disk and floppy-disk-drive). It is no special software required.
Option 2: Routine Determination of Soluble and Insoluble Components with access to the stored Single Spark Events
The single sparks are automatically evaluated statistically on the Single-Board-Computer EPC486 (EK9510 A2). The evaluation could be carried out as described in option 1.
Additionally the single spark results can be stored on the hard-disk of the Single-Board-Computer or via local network connection directly on the hard-disk of the Windows-PC. Here they could be further evaluated by other statistical programs, which are not part of the delivery. This is only possible post-analytical.
The instrument has to be equipped with the SSE-Amplifier-Technique. Also the instrument has to be equipped with the Single-Board-Computer EPC486 with integrated network board (EK9510 A2), hard-disk and floppy disk drive. It is no special software required.
