Yes you can pick a lot of columns to setup your gc system as long as separation is good and for most case scenarios, the shorter the column, quicker the separation.
on the other hand, if your sample is very complex, just increase the length of column to increase the separation capacity at cost of time.

可以啊，我们也测试PBB&PBDE,还有其他的，就是用同一根柱子，是DB-5 30米的柱子。

那能说下你GC的方法吗?单纯的把15m的方法按倍数关系延长到30m可以吗?
