I think u need to check your procedure alignment(it's different with direct alignment), especially on Beam HM-TEM, probably there are some problems.
(sorry I can't type simplified Chinese)

So you think my TEM machine was not properly aligned.
you know this machine was just aligned by FEI engineer a month ago.
Before they left, they saved several aligned modes for me to use. If I realigned the HM-TEM beam, do you think it will affect those modes they saved?
