USB4000-FL光谱仪是预配置的专用于荧光分析的高度集成的光谱仪.USB4000-FL-450型配有一个直连的USB-LS-450光源;USB4000-FL-395型配有一个LS-395 LED光源模块.该分光荧光计可用于通用荧光测量.
USB4000-FL光谱仪光谱范围为360-1100 nm,其光狭缝为200 µm,并安装了用以增强光采集效率和减少杂散光的L4探测器聚光镜.
直连的USB-LS-450脉冲LED光源用于作为激发光源,中心波长为470nm,可连续或脉冲触发.
直连的USB-LS-395中心波长为395nm,可连续或脉冲触发.
可编程微控制器
USB4000-FL光谱仪具有板载可编程微控制器,可以方便地控制光谱仪和外部附件.通过一个22针接头,可以通过软件实现所有操作参数的设置,包括控制光源、进程控制以及从外部获取信息等.另外,光谱仪还带有8个可编程输入输出端口用以和外设交互。
优化的性能
USB4000-FL光谱仪具有3648像元的高性能CCD线阵探测器,其光学平台只有手掌大小.和其它海洋光学的光谱仪一样,USB4000-FL光谱仪通过单模光纤将光导入光谱仪,经一个固定的光栅分光后照射到CCD探测器上,其光谱响应范围为200-1100nm.
即插即用
USB4000-FL光谱仪通过USB2.0接口和PC、PLC及其它嵌入式控制器相连,也可通过RS-232串口通讯.每个光谱仪的特征参数都存在光谱仪内存芯片上,可通过软件来读取和设置这些参数.
