  • 【原创大赛】镍基合金中镍的化学法测定注意

    合金中的镍从40—95%左右,含量范围较宽,对镍基合金的镍进行测定,光谱法是一个好的办法,但在出现偏差、异议的时候总要拿化学法来进行验证。最近对镍基基合金中镍的化学法进行了多次试验,将一些经验分享。(一)一般先找到其它元素大概含量,以及弄清楚这些元素含量对测镍干扰程度,采取相应措施掩蔽和破坏其它元素含量对镍的干扰,是测定镍的方法措施之一。选择过硫酸铵和过氧化氢两种氧化剂,在溶液煮沸过程中使钴氧化成三价,从而破坏了钴对镍的干扰,使其他干扰元素在柠檬酸掩蔽后钴不被掩蔽所造成对镍的干扰消除。(二)正确选择样品沉淀用量,是第二个措施。选择50毫克左右含镍试样量沉淀,可以有效保证试验结果的准确性。(三)细化沉淀颗粒,使沉淀洗涤速度加快,可大大地提高测试速度,使原来的试验缩短了近六个小时,也使结果更准确可靠。具体措施上可以改变一般沉淀镍在碱性状态下加沉淀剂的做法,改为在弱酸性状态下加沉淀剂,然后按要求调整酸碱度,从而使沉淀颗粒由原来的粗大变为细小,使沉淀过滤、洗涤速度加快,由于颗粒小所带进去的杂质的可能性就小,能使结果趋于更准确。方法就不太详细介绍了,数据也就不传上了;试验数据应该说很不错。只是将觉得最用得上的地方与大家一起分享,欢迎探讨。
