肉毒杆菌、亚硝酸盐、双氰胺等毒奶粉事件导致大家对乳品安全十分担忧,而最近新西兰奶粉又被曝出硝酸盐含量超标,再次引起大家的关注。 在此,我们参照国标《GB 5009.33-2010 食品安全国家标准 食品中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的测定》采用分光光度法矿泉中硝酸盐进行了检测,供大家参考。检测波长为539 nm,在0-5.0 mg/L浓度范围内校准曲线的相关系数R2=0.9993,线性度良好,加标回收率达96.4%。
