The dissolution profiles obtained with each of these media are illustrated on Table 15a. The quantities of active ingredient released at time points 1 and 8 hours are virtuaaly identical whatever the nature or pH of the medium. The percentages are slightly more varied at 4 hours. However, the profiled obtained with the pH 4.5, 6.9 and 7.2 media are similar, and the difference between the slowest and fastest profiles is 7 points. The profile obtained with the pH 1.5 medium is slightly more rapid than the others. However, the results as a whole confirm the low pH-dependence of the Aquacoat film. The dissolution rate appears to be more dependent on the nature of the medium than on its pH value. This disadvantage of the previously buffered media is that they accelerate the dissolution rate: more than 70% of the active ingredient is released after 4 hours. This could result in poor reproducibility of the dissolution test. We have therefore chosen to use purified water as the dissolution medium.

再仔细看一下，是应该将“其溶出度仍有7个百分点的差异”中的“仍”字改为“仅”，这就对了。

我的理解是这样的：这段话的关键是这一句However, the results as a whole confirm the low pH-dependence of the Aquacoat film. The dissolution rate appears to be more dependent on the nature of the medium than on its pH value. “然而，把结果作为一个整体来看待的话，可以看出药物的溶出度是Aquacoat film低PH依赖型的，溶出速率更多的依赖于介质本身的属性，而不是介质的PH值！因此楼主的这句话加上前面一句，我认为应该翻译成：[color=#DC143C]在不同的PH中，溶出度差异主要表现在第4小时的时候，但是最慢的溶出度与最快的溶出度曲线仍然很相似，仅差7个百分点！[/color] 修改了一下，什么时候给正确答案阿？
