【求助】玻璃材料颗粒如何做？

That's depend on:
1)if you want to keep the original shape of the glasses,it may be difficult to detect the impurities in the glasses. Perhaps you can try XRPD scanning from which you can get some phase/crystal information of them.
2)if the glasses can be sliced,then ground and polished, of course it is possible to exam the impurities by SEM. In SE mode you will have morphology information,in BSE mode you will get chemical informaiton combined with EDS analysis.
3)Other possibilities, I don't know, sorry!

切割后看断面, 打能谱就可以的

用玻璃刀割开,看断面, 打能谱, 不可以吗?

如果切开能露出杂质就可以用SEM 和EDS结合观察.如果杂质太小切开不容易找着就比较麻烦

想起来了 可以用双束做 就是机器太贵 呵呵

用玻璃刀划一下，然后掰开观察断面，观察前用氢氟酸腐蚀一下，应该可以看见其中的颗粒。
