首次提出并实现了一种高灵敏度、定量的电化学发光特征基因检测方法。实现了通过特异的双基因探针标记和高效的电化学发光技术结合进行基因的快速鉴定;开创了检测膀胱癌、胰腺癌、老年性痴呆等特征基因的高灵敏检测技术。该方法克服了传统检测方法操作复杂、费时、使用放射性元素或溴化乙锭等有害物质、非定量等缺点,具有高灵敏度、快速、简便、安全、可定量化、高特异性等明显优点。该方法还被证实可用于快速鉴定转基因物种,有望代替现有的复杂的基因检测方法。
