在google, CNKI 中查不到有用的资料, 回心一想, 原文的英文字都是普通字, 我为什么看不明呢? 其实, 即使原文已正确地译成中文, 我也看不明。 关键是我没有这方面的专业知识。

反过来说, 我若有这方面的专业知识, 清楚这仪器的工作原理, 用理解加推测, 可能明白这段英文的意思。 (例如做数据处理时, 要将数据1, 数据2, 数据3平均; 然后2,3,4平均; 然后3,4,5; 那末gliding average 可能就是指这个, 即是running average。)

“专业英语”版有不少有关于翻译的帖子, 但我觉得楼主的问题不在于语文, 可能应在其也方向着手。

gliding average filter没有找到相关中文翻译，而且搜索出来的内容也很少。 sliding average filter倒是搜索到了，但是中文里面这个这个。而gliding, sliding, moving三者在这里的表达意思是一样的

这段出现在software介绍里面，也就是介绍pc里面一些参数含义。所以，没有什么原文或者上下文之类的联系。
我这两天也都在熟悉设备，可是还是看不懂是什么意思？原厂工程师也不在公司。

saw mark是线痕，硅片是用线和浆料一起切片的，所以会有线痕产生。
这个系统，硬件部分有CCD-matrix-camera和Holographic laser，是用这些来检测的。不知道filter是什么？ 我不懂仪器设备。
不知道这样说，是不是有人能理解？
