quantification: 定量，量化，强调以数量来表示；
quantitation：定量,测数量【医】
个人认为"the quantification by NMR is corrected by..."和 "quantitation by MS is not absolute" 是合适的

我觉得都用quantitation比较合适，都是通过仪器手段测量（定量）的结果。
不知道专家们怎么看？

其实英语的话我们学的太差了，虽然我已经过了英语六级，但是口语很差劲啊，我们学的什么

总归还是学到了点东西。起码可以捧本字典看看英文资料。

第一次遇见quantitate 这字, 好奇, 看了一些字典解释, 择录如下:

觉得quantitate 指量度, 并强调是精密的量度

quantify 也指量度, 但另外还有一解: to assign a quantity to, 意为量化。 即是将非量值之attribute (属性, 特征)用量值表示出来。 例如用1至10来量化痛楚程度。

搜索了一些英文文献的标题，我觉得quantitation和quantification没什么区别，没必要抠字眼。如果硬要抠的话，“定量分析”译成quantitative analysis比较多。
